DCES was born and raised by Paul McKinney Ba(Hons) CFSP. Hailing from Seaham, Co Durham he has worked for the leading System Integrators in the North East & Scotland and travelled the world over the last 15 years building up clientele and experience. Paul is Technical Director of DCES and is dedicated to building and expanding DCES to be the leading Engineering Resource in the North East of England.

Christopher Breen
Chris has experience in most of the leading packages for SCADA & PLC development. Chris also turns his hand to electrical design and AutoCAD where required.

Harry has joined DCES as a junior engineer. He is familiar with some of the leading SCADA systems and is trained as an IT Professional. Harry also helps out with general admin duties.
