DC-ES Have been supporting Vertellus Specialities throughout 2019 on the functional safety targets. 2020 will bring a new site safety control system implemented in place of their current measures to bring the plants in line with IEC61508/61511 requirements.

DC-ES have now been supporting Nissan for over 3 years and the projects keep coming thick and fast. Nissan provide a core workload for our engineers and we have been involved in New Model Development, KPI improvement, Safety System upgrades, Full Turn Key Projects and R&D Projects.

DC-ES have a long term commitment to supporting the systems in the new battery plant at Nissan in Sunderland. Daifuku were responsible for installing all of the material handling equipment on site and DC-ES have been active in commissioning and supporting the new equipment.
